Booking logistics.
For Saturday weddings between April and October, we recommend booking 9 to 12 months ahead. Peak weekends fill quickly, especially in Malibu, Beverly Hills, and Calamigos Ranch. Off-peak winter dates and weekday weddings often have availability inside 90 days. We hold your date with a 25% deposit and a signed agreement.
Yes. We unbundle freely. Bridal hair-only is $400, the Essentials makeup-only package is $600. Most brides bundle because the same artist who knows your skin tone also knows your hair texture, but if you already love your hairstylist we'll happily come for makeup alone.
Comfortably 8 people across 2 artists in 4 hours. For 9+ we add a third artist. We'll never overbook the schedule. Every face gets a real chair, real time, and a touch-up before photos.
Always. We've worked weddings of every shape: two brides, two grooms, non-binary couples, gender-diverse bridal parties. No fee surprises, no awkward language, just glam.

Pricing money talk.
Bridal makeup with us starts at $600 for the Essentials package (bride only, makeup only, day-of). Our most-booked Signature package is $900 and includes both makeup and hair. The Full Service package at $1,200 adds a 90-minute trial plus an on-site touch-up artist through the ceremony. LA market rates for experienced mobile MUAs typically run $500 to $1,500.
The Essentials and Signature packages do not include a trial. The Full Service package includes one 90-minute trial. Standalone trials cost $200 and are credited toward your final balance if you book a wedding-day package, so it's effectively free if you proceed.
Travel inside 25 miles of downtown LA is included. Beyond that, we charge $2 per mile round trip for the lead artist. Multi-artist bookings beyond 25 miles add a $100 vehicle fee. Destination weddings (Santa Barbara, Palm Springs, Big Sur) are quoted as a flat package including hotel night where applicable.
Zelle, Venmo, ACH, all major credit cards (3% processing surcharge), and bank wire. We do not accept cash for deposits. Final balance is due 14 days before the event.
Gratuity is appreciated but never required. If you choose to tip, the industry-standard range for bridal services is 18% to 22%. Most clients build it into the final balance. You can also tip individual artists directly on the day.

The Day questions.
Lead artist arrives 30 minutes before the first chair time to set up. For an 8am first chair, expect us at 7:30am. We confirm the schedule with you the week of the event and again the night before. Late arrivals are not part of our process. We plan our morning to make 5am call times if your day starts that early.
A single 6-foot table or counter, two chairs (one for the artist, one for the client), and good natural light is ideal. We bring our own ring lights, mirrors, and a portable artist station if needed. Most LA hotel rooms work fine; outdoor setups need a covered area to protect the kit from sun and wind.
Bride: 60-75 minutes including skin prep. Bridesmaids: 35-45 minutes each. Mothers and grandmothers: 30-40 minutes. Junior bridesmaids and flower girls: 15-20 minutes. We build the schedule backward from photos, with a 15-minute buffer before first-look photography.
Yes. We use airbrush foundation for 12-14 hour wear, locked brows, and sealed lipstick. For events longer than 8 hours we recommend the optional touch-up artist who stays through cocktail hour ($250/3 hours).

Trials questions.
We strongly recommend trials for first-time brides, brides with sensitive skin, brides going for a dramatic departure from their everyday look, and any wedding outside LA. Trials happen in our DTLA studio or your home (travel fees apply). We test product wear in your lighting and your photography style.
4-8 weeks before the wedding is the sweet spot. Earlier than 8 weeks and your skin or hair color may shift before the day; later than 4 weeks and we lose room to refine. Trials usually pair well with engagement shoots so you get use out of the look.
Please do. Pinterest boards, Instagram saves, photos of yourself you've loved, all welcome. We'll talk through what's realistic for your features and skin, then build the look together. Trials end with a phone full of photos in your venue's lighting.

Travel questions.
All of greater Los Angeles plus surrounding counties. Our most-served areas include Beverly Hills, Malibu, Santa Monica, Hollywood, West Hollywood, Pasadena, Downtown LA, and Long Beach. We also travel to Orange County, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs, and the Central Coast for destination weddings.
Yes. We've done weddings in Mexico, Hawaii, Italy, and the Pacific Northwest. Destination bookings include round-trip airfare for the artist team, hotel accommodations the night before and night of, and a flat travel day fee. Quotes are custom. Send us your dates and we'll build a package.
Tell us in advance and we'll plan accordingly. Many LA hotels (especially Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and DTLA) have valet-only setups that add 20-30 minutes to load-in. We arrive earlier on those days. Outdoor venues with long footpaths (Malibu ranches, beach houses) we plan a wheeled cart load-in.

Products questions.
Our core kit blends professional-grade brands that perform under flash photography and hold for 14+ hours: Charlotte Tilbury, Pat McGrath, Westman Atelier, Hourglass, Make Up For Ever, MAC Pro, Danessa Myricks, and Tom Ford. Skin prep uses Tatcha, La Mer, and Augustinus Bader. Airbrush is Temptu Pro.
Yes. We carry hypoallergenic and fragrance-free options for every step of the routine. Tell us in advance and we'll patch test at the trial. We've worked with rosacea, eczema, severe acne, and post-treatment skin without issue. We sanitize every tool between clients with hospital-grade products.
Yes. Airbrush is offered as a $50 add-on to any package. It's our most-requested upgrade for outdoor and high-heat events because the wear is unmatched. We use Temptu Pro silicone-based formula in 18 shades; it sets to a soft-matte finish and is fully buildable from natural to full coverage.

Cancellation questions.
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a new date inside 12 months, subject to availability. Cancellations more than 60 days before the event forfeit only the 25% deposit. Cancellations inside 60 days forfeit 50% of total. Inside 14 days, 100% is due. We've had to enforce this exactly twice in 8 years; we're flexible when life happens.
We come either way. Weather is your venue's problem, not your makeup's. We've worked through wildfire smoke, June gloom, surprise rainstorms, and Santa Ana winds. If your ceremony moves indoors last-minute, our setup adapts in 10 minutes. We plan for both scenarios when we confirm your morning schedule.
Deposits transfer to any date inside the next 12 months, subject to artist availability. If we can't move with you, the deposit applies to the new date once it's set, even past the 12-month mark. We worked with three couples through pandemic-era postponements and never charged a re-booking fee.
Up to 14 days before the event, yes, at no charge. Inside 14 days, additions are subject to artist availability and removals do not refund. We always recommend confirming your final headcount one month out so we can lock the schedule and avoid morning-of surprises.
