A booking is confirmed only after we approve availability and receive your deposit and signed agreement. Once confirmed, we reserve your date and time exclusively for you and decline other clients for that slot.
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a new date inside 12 months, subject to availability. If you cancel outright:
Please send cancellations in writing (reply to your booking confirmation, or through the booking form). We enforce this rarely and stay flexible when life happens.
Rescheduling is subject to artist availability. Your deposit transfers to your new date inside 12 months; if we cannot move with you, it applies once the new date is set. Repeated rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation under the schedule above.
Up to 14 days before the event you can add or remove faces at no charge, subject to availability. Inside 14 days, additions depend on artist availability and removals are non-refundable. We recommend locking your final headcount about a month out.
A standalone bridal trial is $200 and is credited toward your final balance when you book a wedding-day package (a trial is also included in the Full Service package).
Your lead artist arrives 30 minutes before the first chair time to set up, and we build the morning backward from your photo time. As an on-location service, minor delays can occur from LA traffic, road closures, venue or hotel access rules, and security checks. We plan buffer to absorb these; minor delays do not qualify for refunds or discounts.
Please provide accurate venue address, room number, parking, and access instructions, and tell us about any building or security rules in advance. A clean, well-lit space with an outlet and a table near a window is ideal. Incorrect access details that cause a delay or prevent service are not refundable.
Travel inside 25 miles of downtown Los Angeles is included with every booking. Beyond 25 miles is $1.50 per mile round-trip for the lead artist; multi-artist bookings beyond 25 miles add a $100 vehicle fee. Destination weddings are quoted as a flat package (round-trip airfare, accommodation, and a travel-day fee).
Results can vary with skin type, hair texture, lighting, and conditions on the day. Any services beyond your booked package are billed as add-ons and agreed before they begin.
Please disclose allergies, sensitivities, active skin conditions, or recent skin treatments before your appointment. We use professional, photo-tested products and sanitize tools between clients. Where there is a clear health or skin risk, we may adjust or decline application.
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by traffic, weather, government or venue restrictions, power or access issues, or other emergencies beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Paying your deposit and confirming your booking indicates that you have read and agree to this Booking & Service Policy.
